We are poised to handle a variety of assembly needs. Our surface mount department features four DEK® 248 semi-auto surface mount screen printers, three manual printers, four prototype assembly lines with paste and adhesive dispensing capabilities, six Samsung® CP45's full vision pick and place machines, two of which have a 40mm camera specifically for placing fine pitch components and micro BGAs, and four Heller® 1700 model reflow ovens. Complimented by 10 through hole work stations, a through hole insertion push line and an Electrovert Econopac 1 wave solder machine. We also have a selective solder system and in-house X-ray inspection capabilities.
The building features state of the art ESD protection including built in grounds and static dissipative carpeting. Built with growth in mind, the building also features an expansion wall and the grounds permit another 16000 sq feet of building space when it's time to take the next step.
Being located in the Warren Road Business Park has proven to be a key location. With UPS literally 2 buildings away we are assured to be the first stop in the morning and the last stop at night. Fed Ex, Tompkins County Regional Airport and a brand new Courtyard by Marriott are all located off of Warren Rd. within one mile of MPL.
