MPL gains competitive edge with help from AM&T.
The management team at MPL Inc. had a busy summer; in addition to handling the demands of a thriving manufacturing business MPL's president Shane French initiated an eight week Strategic Management Planning Program to solidify the companies vision for the future. The Company turned to the Alliance for Manufacturing & Technology to help guide them through the process. AM&T is a regional technology development center whose mission is; to improve the performance, competitiveness and growth of small and mid-size manufacturers and early-stage technology companies. In addition to assisting with the development of a Strategic Plan AM&T also provided Sales Training.

MPL Adds Glenbrook RTX-2500 Real-Time X-Ray Inspection Machine to the line up!
A high production X-ray inspection system, designed specifically for rapid and reliable inspection of both multi-layer and assembled PCBs with dense metal BGAs and µBGAs. Featuring an easy and accurate proportional joystick motion control system.

MPL Incorporated teams up with IPC to develop advanced training program!

With the help of IPC's latest training offerings, MPL has created a very effective training program. MPL has created a interactive classroom with CD ROM, DVD and VHS based material. In addition to IPC training material, MPL has created several "In House" training modules that target specific areas of it's manufacturing. The training matrix is laid out and many new modules can be incorporated easily. This is a big step forward in MPL's commitment to improve quality and increase production capacity.
